Mitani Touki’s CAT NAP announcement lists two ceramic forms with the same approximate outer diameter but different inner openings. The October 9 notice identifies both as Japanese-made products in its miBRAND range, from the company based in Toki, Gifu.
Size and material are separate questions
The plate is approximately 15 cm across outside and 10.5 cm inside, listed at ¥1,200 including tax. The bowl is approximately 15 cm outside and 9 cm inside, at ¥1,500 including tax.
The material field says ceramics rather than distinguishing earthenware from porcelain. Mitani describes a white glaze that creates an appearance reminiscent of dark clay; that wording does not establish a dark-clay body. The announcement’s Korean-cafe design reference likewise does not change its stated Japanese origin.
