Diameter and area are different lists
For solid wire, the specified diameters are 0.65, 0.8, 1.0, 1.6, 2.0, 2.6 and 3.2 mm. For stranded wire, the specified cross-sectional areas are 0.3, 0.5, 0.75, 1.25, 2.0, 3.5 and 5.5 mm². The endpoints should not be read as interchangeable units or a claim covering every intermediate size.
The page warns that the handle cover is not insulating and prohibits use on live electrical parts. Its ESD specification does not cancel that warning.
